With passing day,
and shedding of leaves,
withering flowers,
and ending spring

a spring of love,
intimacy of heart,
passion within life,
now is begun

the autumn of sorrow
the timeless merry,
the joy of soul,
and the breaking of heart,

a story is to be wrote,
a heart has to shatter,
a love has to be lost,
only to look back,

an anguish to be sought,
an ail to be cured,
an ignorant heart,
